EPA Proposes Determination of Attainment of 1997 Ozone Standard for Greater Connecticut Area

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to determine that the Greater Connecticut area has met the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standard (NAAQS), based on quality-assured air monitoring data from 2007-2009, and that it has attained the standard as of June 15, 2010, if it continues to meet the standard through that date.
