EPA Partially Approves Colorado's State Implementation Plan Revisions for Ozone NAAQS

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has partially approved the State of Colorado's revisions to its State Implementation Plan (SIP) to address the 1997 8-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The approved non-regulatory provisions ensure that Colorado's emissions do not significantly contribute to nonattainment of the ozone NAAQS in other states.
