EPA Approves North Dakota State Implementation Plan Revisions for Air Pollution Control and Interstate Transport
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved revisions to the State of North Dakota's air pollution control rules and partially approved a SIP revision addressing the Clean Air Act's requirements for the 1997 PM 2.5 and 8-hour ozone NAAQS, ensuring that emissions from North Dakota sources do not significantly contribute to nonattainment in other states.
