EPA Removes 8-Acre Portion of Houston Superfund Site from National Priorities List

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has published a direct final Notice of Deletion of a 8-acre portion of the Many Diversified Interests, Inc. (MDI) Superfund Site in Houston, Texas, from the National Priorities List (NPL), following completion of all response actions under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) of 1980.
