EPA Exempts Sodium 1,4-Dialkyl Sulfosuccinates from Tolerance Requirements

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established an exemption from the requirement of a tolerance for certain pesticide ingredients, including sodium 1,4-dialkyl sulfosuccinates, allowing for their use in formulations for pre-harvest and post-harvest uses, as well as animal applications, under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA).
