EPA Issues Notice of Intent to Suspend Certain Pesticide Registrations

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has issued a Notice of Intent to Suspend certain pesticide registrations due to a registrant's failure to provide required data, as mandated by the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The EPA's decision follows a Data Call-In notice, which required the registrant to secure the necessary data to maintain the existing registration of the affected product.
