EPA Proposes Approval of Delaware's Plan to Limit VOC Emissions from Consumer Products

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a revised State Implementation Plan (SIP) submitted by the State of Delaware, which aims to control volatile organic compounds (VOC) emissions from consumer products, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA).
