Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for West Palm Beach Triathlon Championship

The U.S. Coast Guard plans to issue a temporary restriction on the Intracoastal Waterway in West Palm Beach, Florida, on June 1, 2013, to safeguard participants and spectators of the West Palm Beach Triathlon Championship, with approximately 1,500 athletes expected to take part in the event.
