CBP Seeks Public Comment on Foreign Trade Zone Applications

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comment on its Application for Foreign Trade Zone Admission and/or Status Designation, and Application for Foreign Trade Zone Activity Permit, as part of its efforts to reduce paperwork and respondent burden. The request for comment is being made in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
