US Citizenship and Immigration Services to Submit Information Collection Request to OMB for Review and Clearance

The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will submit a petition to remove conditions on residence, Form I-751, and a revision of a currently approved collection to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) for review and clearance, following a previously published notice in the Federal Register on October 30, 2012.
