Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone for MODU KULLUK

The US Coast Guard has set up a temporary safety zone around the MODU KULLUK, a drilling rig currently aground near Sitkalidak Island, Alaska, to protect vessels and people from salvage and towing operations.
