Temporary Safety Zone Established for Super Bowl 2013 Celebrations on Mississippi River

The Captain of the Port New Orleans has set up a 300-foot safety zone along the Mississippi River, near Woldenburg Park, to mitigate public safety risks during Super Bowl 2013 festivities, which are expected to draw a large crowd.
