Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulation for Fajardo Offshore Grand Prix

The US Coast Guard will implement a special local regulation in Rada Fajardo, Puerto Rico, on March 17, 2013, to ensure public safety during the Fajardo Offshore Grand Prix, a high-speed boat race featuring approximately 30 power boats and 25 spectator crafts.
