Coast Guard Establishes Special Regulations for 2013 International Rolex Regatta

The US Coast Guard will implement special local regulations in St. Thomas Harbor, US Virgin Islands, from March 22-24, 2013, to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and the general public during the 2013 International Rolex Regatta, a series of sailboat races featuring approximately 65 boats, with around 20 spectator vessels expected to attend.
