U.S. Customs and Border Protection Submits Information Collection Request for Application-Permit-Special License Unlading-Lading-Overtime Services

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is seeking public comment on a proposed extension of an information collection for Application-Permit-Special License Unlading-Lading-Overtime Services (CBP Form 3171), which was previously approved in 2012 and is set to expire. The proposed extension would maintain the same burden hours and allows for an additional 30 days for public comments.
