Coast Guard Releases Draft Guidance for Voluntary Vessel Inspections Under Maritime Labour Convention

The U.S. Coast Guard has published a draft Navigation and Vessel Inspection Circular outlining its policies and procedures for inspecting U.S. vessels for compliance with the Maritime Labour Convention, 2006, which comes into effect on August 20, 2013.
