U.S. Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Saugus River Bridge

The U.S. Coast Guard has temporarily relaxed regulations for the General Edwards Bridge in Massachusetts to enable architectural rehabilitation of the bridge towers, allowing for scaffolding to be attached to the bascule lift span.
