Coast Guard Issues Temporary Closure for Chelsea Street Bridge

The US Coast Guard has temporarily closed the Chelsea Street Bridge across the Chelsea River in Massachusetts due to a necessary adjustment to the bridge's vertical lift, which is experiencing an out-of-specified condition, and will remain closed for approximately four hours.
