Coast Guard Releases Guidance for Revised MARPOL Annex V Implementation

The U.S. Coast Guard has released interim guidance to help ships comply with new regulations aimed at preventing pollution from ships, following the adoption of a resolution by the International Maritime Organization in 2011.
