The Coast Guard has issued a temporary deviation from the operating schedule that governs the Tower Drawbridge across Sacramento River, mile 59.0, at Sacramento, CA. The deviation is necessary to allow the community to participate in the Ninth Annual Shamrock footrace. This deviation allows the bridge to remain in the closed-to-navigation position during the event.
