Coast Guard Proposes Safety Zone for St. Thomas Harbor Firework Display

The U.S. Coast Guard is proposing to establish a safety zone in St. Thomas Harbor, U.S. Virgin Islands, on April 27, 2013, to ensure public safety during the V.I. Carnival Finale firework display.
