Coast Guard Issues Temporary Regulation for Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge

The Coast Guard has temporarily adjusted the operating schedule of the Rock Island Railroad and Highway Drawbridge across the Upper Mississippi River to accommodate the Quad City Heart Walk event, allowing the bridge to be closed to navigation for two hours.
