DHS and USCIS Invite Public Comment on Proposed Extension of Information Collection

The Department of Homeland Security and U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services are seeking public feedback on a proposed extension of an existing information collection, which is required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, and a new collection of information related to advance permission to return to an unrelinquished domicile, as outlined in Form I-191.
