Filing Procedures for Liberians Eligible for Deferred Enforced Departure and Automatic Extension of Employment Authorization Documents

USCIS will issue new employment authorization documents to eligible Liberians whose DED has been extended under the Presidential Memorandum of March 15, 2013, and who apply for EADs under this extension, allowing them to work in the US for an additional 18 months through September 30, 2014.
