Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Red Bull Flugtag National Harbor Event

The Coast Guard is proposing special local regulations to ensure public safety during the Red Bull Flugtag National Harbor event on September 21, 2013, by restricting vessel traffic in the Potomac River and establishing event and spectator areas.
