Coast Guard Establishes Special Local Regulation for Charleston Race Week

The Coast Guard will enforce a special local regulation in Charleston Harbor, South Carolina, from April 18 to 21, 2013, to ensure the safety of participants and spectators during the Charleston Race Week sailboat races, which are expected to draw approximately 300 sailboats and 15 spectator vessels.
