U.S. Customs and Border Protection to Expand Centers of Excellence and Expertise Test

The U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) is expanding its test for the Centers of Excellence and Expertise (CEEs) to include six additional centers, allowing them to operate with broad decision-making authority, and invites public comment on the methodology of the test program.
