Coast Guard Abandons Regulations for Green River and Black River Drawbridges

The US Coast Guard is terminating its regulations for the drawbridges across Green River in Kentucky and Black River in Louisiana, as the existing bridges have been replaced with fixed structures, rendering the regulations obsolete.
