Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Mayaguez Grand Prix in Mayaguez Bay, Puerto Rico

The US Coast Guard plans to implement a special local regulation in Mayaguez Bay, Puerto Rico, on June 9, 2013, to ensure public safety during the Mayaguez Grand Prix, a high-speed boat race featuring approximately 30 power boats.
