Coast Guard Establishes Safety Zone for V.I. Carnival Finale Fireworks Display

The U.S. Coast Guard will create a safety zone in St. Thomas Harbor, U.S. Virgin Islands, on April 27, 2013, to protect spectators and vessels from potential hazards during the V.I. Carnival Finale fireworks event.
