Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Aguada Offshore Grand Prix

The US Coast Guard plans to implement a special local regulation in Bahia de Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, on August 4, 2013, to ensure public safety during the Aguada Offshore Grand Prix, a high-speed boat racing event featuring approximately 30 power boats and 20 spectator crafts.
