Government Lodges Proposed Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup and Debt Collection

The U.S. government has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Federal Debt Collection Procedures Act (FDCPA) for the cleanup of contaminated sites and debt collection from a company.
