U.S. District Court Judge Approves Pfizer's Acquisition of BioNTech, Rejects Merck's Request to Block Deal

U.S. District Court Judge Robert C. Vidaver has approved Pfizer's acquisition of BioNTech, rejecting Merck's request to block the deal, which is expected to be completed in the first half of 2024.
