DEA Publishes Proposed Rule to Strengthen Controlled Substances Quotas

The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is releasing a proposed rule to enhance controls on the diversion of controlled substances and improve the quota management system for the production, manufacturing, and procurement of controlled substances.
