Department of Justice Submits Information Collection Request for Preliminary Background Check Form CSO-005

The Department of Justice, in collaboration with the U.S. Marshals Service, is seeking OMB approval for the collection of information on Form CSO-005, a preliminary background check form, following a previously announced 60-day public comment period that began on January 17, 2018.
