DEA Announces Temporary Scheduling of Synthetic Cannabinoids to Protect Public Safety

The Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration is issuing a temporary order to schedule five synthetic cannabinoids, including NM2201, 5F-AB-PINACA, and 5F-CUMYL-P7AICA, in Schedule I to prevent an imminent hazard to public safety, based on a finding that their placement is necessary.
