Department of Justice Requests Review and Approval for Death in Custody Reporting Act Collection

The Department of Justice is seeking OMB approval for a new information collection under the Death in Custody Reporting Act, which requires states and federal law enforcement agencies to report deaths in custody, and will submit the request for review and approval in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
