EPA Lodges Proposed Consent Decree for Environmental Cleanup Under CERCLA

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has lodged a proposed consent decree under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Recovery Act (CERCLA) for environmental cleanup efforts, as part of a settlement agreement with a company involved in a contaminated site cleanup.
