ExxonMobil to Propose Settlement Agreement and Restoration Plan for Oil Spill Cleanup

ExxonMobil has submitted a proposed settlement agreement and draft restoration plan to address the environmental damage caused by an oil spill, in compliance with the Oil Pollution Act, the Clean Water Act, and the System Unit Resource Protection Act.
