DEA to Temporarily Schedule Five Synthetic Cannabinoids

The Acting Administrator of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) is issuing a notice of intent to publish a temporary order to temporarily schedule five synthetic cannabinoids, including 5F-EDMB-PINACA, 5F-MDMB-PICA, FUB-AKB48, 5F-CUMYL-PINACA, and FUB-144, in Schedule I due to concerns over public safety. The DEA will impose regulatory requirements on the manufacture, distribution, and possession of these substances.
