FDA Withdraws Hearing Requests for Certain Prescription Drugs, Offers Opportunity to Affirm

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has withdrawn outstanding hearing requests for certain prescription drugs, including those for cough, cold, or allergy relief, and is now offering companies the opportunity to affirm their requests, effectively ending the shipment of these products in interstate commerce.
