HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine Use Language for System of Records 09-20-0055

The Department of Health and Human Services proposes to modify its System of Records, 09-20-0055, to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines for safeguarding personally identifiable information. The proposed changes will enable the department to respond to suspected or confirmed data breaches, and the records will be maintained by the Procurement and Grants Office.
