HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine for Fellowship Program Records

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to add a new Breach Response Routine Use Language to its System of Records, 09-20-0112, to comply with OMB Memoranda M-07-16, in order to assist in responding to suspected or confirmed breaches of personally identifiable information.
