HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine Use Language for Epidemic Investigation Case Records
The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to modify its System of Records to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines, adding a breach response routine use language to aid in responding to suspected or confirmed breaches of personally identifiable information.
