HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine Use Language for Epidemiologic Studies and Surveillance Records

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to modify its System of Records to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines, adding a breach response routine use language to facilitate response efforts in case of a suspected or confirmed breach of personally identifiable information.
