HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine for Passport File System

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to modify its System of Records, 09-20-0137, 'Passport File, HHS/CDC/COGH,' to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines for safeguarding personally identifiable information in the event of a breach, and to share information with federal agencies and contractors that need it to assist in responding to such breaches.
