HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine for Coal Mining Records

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to add new language to its System of Records, 09-20-0153, to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines, allowing for the sharing of information with federal agencies and contractors to respond to suspected or confirmed data breaches.
