HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine for Personal Protective Device Records

The Department of Health and Human Services is proposing to add a new Breach Response Routine Use Language to its System of Records, 09-20-0159, to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines and facilitate a coordinated response to breaches of personally identifiable information related to personal protective devices.
