HHS Proposes Changes to Breach Response Routine Use Language for Health Promotion Records

The Department of Health and Human Services proposes to modify its System of Records, 09-20-0160, to comply with Office of Management and Budget guidelines, adding a breach response routine use language to safeguard personally identifiable information. This change will be managed by the National Center for Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion.
