Oregon Patient Safety Commission Voluntarily Delists from AHRQ
The Oregon Patient Safety Commission has voluntarily relinquished its status as a Patient Safety Organization (PSO) to the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ), following a notification accepted by AHRQ under the Patient Safety Act of 2005.
